Tanggung Jawab
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming ceremonies
- Coach product teams on Agile/Scrum methodologies and remove impediments to progress
- Collaborate with Product Owners to refine user stories and prioritize backlogs
- Drive continuous improvement through metrics tracking and process optimization
- Mentor junior Scrum Masters and promote Agile best practices across the organization
- Act as liaison between technical teams and executive stakeholders
- Implement JIRA/Confluence workflows for enhanced team visibility
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of Scrum Master experience in SaaS/tech environments
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) required
- Expertise in scaling Agile frameworks (LeSS, SAFe) for enterprise teams
- Proven track record of improving team velocity and delivery quality
- Strong conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills
- Experience mentoring teams through digital transformations
- Proficiency with JIRA, Azure DevOps, and collaboration tools
