You'll design, implement, and optimize next-generation storage solutions that power our AI-driven analytics platform. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade SAN/NAS environments including NetApp, Dell EMC, and Pure Storage systems
- Optimize storage performance through capacity planning, tiering strategies, and workload balancing
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execution with RPO/RTO targets of <15 minutes
- Automate storage provisioning and management using Ansible/Terraform and REST APIs
- Conduct forensic analysis of storage incidents and implement preventative measures
- Develop and maintain comprehensive storage documentation and runbooks
- Drive vendor evaluations and technology roadmap planning for storage infrastructure
Kualifikasi
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise storage administration
- Expertise in SAN technologies (FC/iSCSI) and NAS protocols (NFS/CIFS)
- Strong background in virtualized environments (VMware vSphere/Hyper-V)
- Certifications in NetApp (NCDA), EMC (EMCPE), or equivalent required
- Proficiency in PowerShell/Python for storage automation
- Experience with hybrid cloud architectures and object storage solutions
- Demonstrated success in high-availability environments with 24/7 operations
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
