Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and troubleshoot server hardware, network switches, and cooling systems
- Execute preventative maintenance protocols for power distribution units (PDUs)
- Implement security compliance standards (ISO 27001, TIA-942)
- Coordinate disaster recovery drills and incident response procedures
- Document infrastructure changes using CMDB systems
- Mentor junior technicians on best practices
- Optimize energy efficiency in cooling infrastructure
Kualifikasi
- Min. 3 years experience in Tier 3/4 data center operations
- Certification in CompTIA Server+ or equivalent
- Expertise in Cisco Nexus/Juniper EX series switches
- Familiarity with Liebert/Cooling Tower systems
- Strong knowledge of DCIM software (e.g., Schneider Electric EcoStruxure)
- Ability to lift 20kg equipment and work at heights
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Valid BNSP Sertifikasi Kompetensi TI
